I’ve been working through the night, steaming up a batch of tamales that are, quite frankly, legendary. Remember, my commitment to freshness means I make a strictly limited batch every week. When they’re gone, they’re gone, and you’ll be left waiting in hunger until the next pop-up!

I anticipate a major turnout. Last week, I sold out of our entire inventory in just under 120 minutes. If you are serious about securing your dozen (or two!), you need to be in line well before the 10:00 AM start time. Consider 9:30 AM or 9:45 AM your new best friend!
