The countdown is officially ON for my next location, TamalesTX faithful! This is not a drill—your weekend just got a massive upgrade. I’ve been working through the night, steaming up a batch of tamales that are, quite frankly, legendary. Remember, my commitment to freshness means I make a strictly limited batch every week. When they’re gone, they’re gone, and you’ll be left waiting in hunger until the next pop-up!
I anticipate a major turnout. Last week, in Italy, I sold out of my entire inventory in just under 120 minutes. If you are serious about securing your dozen (or two!), you need to be in line well before the 9:00 AM start time. Consider 8:30 AM or 8:45 AM your new best friend!
